Grounded in over 25 years of marketing experience across numerous industries, he truly leads by example. And in case you haven’t heard, he’s the kindest guy you’ll meet in the industry. Co-leading FCB Health Canada, Ken pushes the limits of pharmaceutical advertising to deliver best-in-class, experiential, digital and print communications that get business results. And he has the awards to show for it. Just look at recent, globally-recognized awards for the launch of Allerject at the MM+M and ANA International Echo awards. Overseeing the creative team, Ken coaches and motivates a high-performing team of problem solvers in pursuit of head-turning and thumb-stopping ideas. He believes that human insights are critical to driving all creative ideas, and that behaviour change is at the forefront of all objectives. These insights have propelled the creative development for product launches as well as growth and maintenance of brands such as Cosentyx, Shingrix, Tecentriq and Xospata, to name a few. LEAH FRAZER
You may be surprised to learn that success is not a measure that’s important to Leah. She holds the belief that achieving excellence is imperative and success is simply a short-lived side effect. If we do the right things and do them well, not only will success be inevitable, but we all become better people working towards a better work culture. At FCB Health Canada, Leah empowers a fierce business unit that transforms how the agency and partners work together. Her team are the extra arms and legs, caring for businesses 24/7, so clients don’t have to. And the goal is always to challenge, surprise and delight. Since her appointment as Managing Director, Leah has grown the agency by over 100% in revenue and the numbers are still climbing. This success has translated to global recognition at the 2021 MM+M and ANA International ECHO awards. Over Leah’s decade-long career at the agency, she’s managed a wealth of accounts in multiple therapeutic areas. Nothing is outside of her wheelhouse, whether that’s spearheading a product launch or negotiating with regulatory bodies. With her partner in crime, Ken Schick, they push the boundaries of medical science communications with a creative-first approach. Before life in advertising, Leah was highly rewarded in athletics and classical vocal performance. That’s 10 years in a world renowned choir, and MVP titles in rugby, soccer and volleyball. By the time she completed her BBA at Georgia College & State University, she had been awarded athletic, academic and leadership scholarships. Outside of work, Leah enjoys keeping up with her young daughter, and art director-in-training, Myla.
